San Francisco Railyards

A once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform the 4th and King Caltrain yards into a world-class station and a sustainable neighborhood center.

About the project

Prologis is working with Caltrain on the San Francisco Railyards project, which is a 20-acre site at Caltrain’s 4th and King rail station and yards. At the intersection of SOMA, Mission Bay, and Showplace Square, this project plans to transform the existing station and rail yard into a world-class transit station, improve Caltrain service, connect neighborhoods, and bring significant economic opportunity by creating a mixed-use, transit-oriented development with jobs, housing, retail, and public and community spaces.
